WCAV/WVAW (CBS19, FOX Virginia, and ABC Virginia in Charlottesville), is searching for a highly creative and energetic commercial producer to join our Creative Services Department. Strong production and writing skills are required.
The Commercial Producer is responsible for aggressively developing, shooting and editing commercials for local and regional clients. Must have a great eye for cinematography and design, advanced editing and graphic skills, and be able to provide stellar customer service while working alongside our sales team. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is helpful.
Other duties include creating promotional materials for the station and maintaining daily promo logs as needed.
Candidate should be extremely organized, able to work independently, quickly, and meet deadlines. Some commercial production experience and/or college or related degree preferred. Link to demo reel required with resume. A clean driving record is required.
