· Loves engaging the audience on-air, online, on social media, and face-to-face.
· Is a great storyteller who respects the confines of PPM.
· Is a collaborator and will embrace the ideas of others as enthusiastically as if they were their own.
· Can handle the show solo when their partner is out.
· Will become an asset to the clients and sales department.
· Is creative and has a great imagination.
· Is a source of positive energy to your co-workers and listeners.
· Understands, if not lives, the lifestyle of a 25-49-year-old Country listener.
