WCAV-WVAW-FOX Virginia, a Lockwood Broadcast Group station in beautiful Charlottesville, VA is looking for a digital sales manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous digital sales and/or digital advertising experience, strong presentation skills, a desire to build relationships with new and existing customers, a dedication to customer service and success, and a proven track record of business development and revenue growth.

Duties include:
- Working closely with Account Executives to build and maintain relationships with clients while driving revenue and achieving monthly/quarterly/annual goals
- Meeting with clients and performing customer needs analysis
- Developing comprehensive digital advertising strategies for the individual needs of each client
- Creating presentations and pitching digital advertising campaigns to clients
- Gathering and presenting digital campaign performance reports, provide on-going consultation throughout campaign
- Staying up-to-date on digital advertising products, capabilities, best practices, technical aspects, and metrics
- Working with Local and General Sales Managers to develop station-level campaigns, verticals, initiatives
- Manage digital ad campaigns on core products including website, news app, and weather app
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising preferred
- Experienced in digital advertising, advertising sales, and/or digital campaign management preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, attention to detail, strong time management skills required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle stressful situations
- Microsoft Office experienced is required; proficiency in Powerpoint preferred
- Familiarity with general website/CMS backend, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager is a plus
