AR/Billing Accounting Assistant responsible for Accounts Receivable and billing for five local broadcast radio stations located in the Hampton Roads area.
Job Description:
The Credit & Collections Administrator oversees the credit process from processing credit applications, extending credit to preparing an account for collections. This position reviews and approves sales orders and actively works with the Sales dept. to address past due accounts. Processes and posts payments, reconciles AR, tracks and records daily deposits, and assists with various projects as needed.
Must have positive attitude, work well under pressure, good stress management skills, excellent computer skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
