We own four brands including 92.5 WINC FM‚ News Talk AM 1400 and104.9 FM‚ True Apple Country B105 (105.5) and WINC TV 15. We serve listeners and advertisers in the Northern part of the Shenandoah Valley‚ Loudoun County and Washington's Western Suburbs. THE OFFICIAL POSTING PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Market Manager our Marketing Consultants are responsible for achieving sales goals on a regular basis as might be measured weekly‚ monthly‚ quarterly or annually. Includes all aspect of business development from quality and daily prospecting‚ to initiating discussion‚ identifying the opportunity‚ presenting solutions using our brands‚ and of course collecting accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and call on advertisers to engage them in meaningful conversations about how our products can help them grow their business.
- Prepare‚ present and close advertising proposals on a regular basis with new and assigned clients.
- Facilitate the creative process to specifically address the client's core needs!
- Collect money from your clients.
- Attend client and station events as needed to the betterment of the client and station's goals
- Hit your goals while continually growing your client base!
- Keep learning and growing your skills so you are better able to help your clients and reach your goals!
- Other duties as assigned by the Market Manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior success in B2B sales and a college degree preferred.
- Most importantly you must have a can do attitude and be determined to win!
