In-Person On-Air Personality (6AM-8AM Slot) & Sales Representative

We're looking for an individual who can wear two hats: Morning On-Air Host and Advertising Sales Rep. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, community connection, and the excitement of commission-based sales — all in one role.
Your Role: What You'll Do
As an On-Air Personality (6AM-8AM)
Host a live weekday morning segment that informs, entertains, and engages our listeners
Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to your on-air presence
Read news, weather, and community announcements
Occasionally conduct live interviews and highlight local events or businesses
Collaborate with our production team to keep things smooth, polished, and on-brand
As a Sales Representative
Connect with local businesses to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions.
Promote our radio ad packages — including on-air spots, sponsorships, interviews, and special promotions.
Work with clients to craft compelling messages that resonate with our audience.
Provide excellent customer service to your accounts and manage their campaigns.
Attend community events, business mixers, and local happenings to network and grow your base.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Williamsburg and surrounding areas is a plus.
Tech Comfort: Able to work with CRM tools, basic office software, and audio equipment (training provided).
