WTKR/WGNT, The E.W. Scripps station in Norfolk, Virginia is searching for an Anchor / Multimedia Journalist to create impactful journalism daily. The Anchor / MMJ researches writes, captures visual content, and edits stories for multiple platforms. The right candidate will further the station's mission to tell stories that are important to the people who live, work, and play in Coastal Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Anchor the assigned newscast(s).
• Research, gather, write and develop news content for multiple platforms.
• May report live on location from various news events.
