Tidewater Communications, the proud owners of FM99 WNOR & 106.9 The FOX WAFX, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team. You may be a good fit for this role if you are extremely organized, thrive in a fast past/deadline driven environment, can handle multiple tasks at one time and if you have a general love for music!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist Account Executives, Director of Sales and General Manager with miscellaneous admin tasks
- Create Account Executive Proposals and all station promotion/sponsorship packages
- Create Proof of Performances
- Manage all deal set-ups, reports, contracts and customer service for our daily deal platform
- Continuously update sponsor packages
- Weekly Billing Reports
- Enter orders and production (as needed)
- Onboarding new sales hires
- Event Coordination for golf tournaments: prizing, trophies, player names and registration, expense report, table signs, etc.
- Assist with company parties, outings, etc.
Required: Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat PDF
Recommended: Proficient in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
