Sales Assistant

WHSV is currently searching for a Sales Assistant. We're looking for someone to help our team of top-notch sellers as they work with businesses throughout our community and across the country.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

◽ Order entry and review
◽ Generation of sales reports
◽ Online research
◽ Development of sales materials

This position also serves as our front desk receptionist.  We consider this person our “ambassador of first impressions”, so we need someone with a friendly personality who will greet our guests when they enter the building and make them feel comfortable.

Qualifications/Requirements:

In order to be successful in this position, the qualified candidate must be very detail-oriented and well organized. You must be very proficient and comfortable with computer systems and the Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This is a full-time position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
