Harrisonburg and Charlottesville Radio Groups are seeking a qualified Accounting/Business Manager. this is an essential position to the operation of our broadcast group involving full responsibility of accounting operations and human resources. The Accounting/Business Manager is responsible for all financial reports, internal controls, payroll, budgeting, general ledger, a/p and a/r, credit/collections, benefits administration, human resources and day-to-day management of our customer service team. Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience in similar accounting position. Broadcast/advertising experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Must have strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics GP preferred. Candidates must be self-directed, customer friendly, organized, deadline and detail oriented, supportive and helpful and effective at communication.
