Tidewater Communications, LLC dba WNOR/WAFX/WJOI is looking for a professional, detailed and team oriented individual to support the general manager, sales manager and sales staff. This position requires someone with exceptional organizational/time management skills who has the ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with sales presentations/proposals/media kits, maintaining the account/client database, maintaining the e-commerce site, backing up the traffic manager, preparing various reports and other administrative duties.
Candidates should be highly proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, MS Word and MS Publisher. Experience with Marketron, Miller Kaplan, X-Ray and VCreative is a plus.
