Transition Progress Reports Due for Certain Full Power and Class A TV Stations

Full power and Class A transitioning stations that are changing channels in the post-auction transition are required to file a Form 2100, Schedule 387 Transition Progress Report on a quarterly basis by the tenth day following the end of each quarter (and if the 10^th falls on a weekend or holiday, then by the first business day after the 10^th).  Transition Progress Reports must provide information regarding steps stations have taken toward construction of their post-auction facilities and must continue to be filed until the filing station has (i) completed constructing its post-repack facilities, (ii) ceased operating on its pre-auction channel, and (iii) reported the foregoing to the FCC.
