Transition Progress Reports Due for Certain Full Power and Class A TV Stations
All full power and Class A transitioning stations that are changing channels in the post-auction transition are required to file a Form 387 Transition Progress Report on a quarterly basis by the tenth day following the end of each quarter (and if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, then by the first business day after the 10th). Transition Progress Reports must provide information regarding steps stations have taken toward construction of their post-auction facilities.
