Posting Deadline for OSHA Injury & Illness Summary (Form 300A).
Employers covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Rules must post, by February 1, 2023, a summary of certain injuries and illnesses that occurred during the previous calendar year (even if no work-related incidents occurred in the previous year). The summary must be posted in a visible location accessible to employees from February 1, 2023, through April 30, 2023.
