File OSHA Form 300A and Submit EIN if Electronically Filing.
Certain employers covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Rules must file, by March 2, 2023, a Form 300A. Additionally, each establishment who is electronically filing its Form 300A must also submit its EIN.
