Deadline to File ETRS Form One for Calendar Year 2022.
Broadcasters are required to annually file ETRS Form One (which solicits basic information about each station, including transmitter location, EAS monitoring assignments, and make and model of EAS gear), usually in conjunction with a nationwide EAS test. Because FEMA elected to forego a nationwide EAS test in 2022, the FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau established the independent deadline of February 28, 2023, for broadcasters to make their Form One filing for calendar year 2022.
