Although biennial ownership reports are typically due by December 1 of each odd-numbered year, the FCC extended the deadline for filing 2019 biennial ownership reports to January 31, 2020, in order to accommodate changes the FCC was making to the filing system. The “as-of” date for the reported information remains October 1, 2019.
