Broadcasters that operate vehicles whose gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeds 10,000 pounds are required to register those vehicles with, among other governmental agencies, the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) system. UCR fees for 2023 are due by the end of 2022.
