TMP - WWBT in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technical Media Producer to combine the roles of a traditional newscast director and master control operator in a fast-paced, 24/7 live television environment. THIS TEMPORARY POSITION HAS THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING PERMANENT. Key responsibilities include directing live newscasts using Ross Overdrive, operating robotic studio cameras and managing playback, ingestion, and FCC compliance of programming and commercial content. Successful candidates should have three to five years of experience in live television switching, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include Switching live tv experience, Master Control experience, Directing newscasts, Robotic studio camera operation. 3 years' television experience in Master Control Operations or Directing required.
