The WVTF Business Office Assistant provides accounting, clerical, and administrative support for WVTF Public Radio/RADIO IQ. The primary responsibilities include assisting with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining donor database, and supporting the Business Office, Corporate Support Manager and Annual Giving Coordinator as needed and requested.
Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, having two-way communication with donors, attending to donor needs, scheduling volunteers, greeting visitors, and initiating mailings at the office front desk.
This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to learn donor database and banking software applications, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
