Office Manager - WWBT 12 On Your Side, an award‑winning television and digital media company in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a full‑time Office Manager to support station operations and executive leadership.
This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President/General Manager and works closely with department leaders across General & Accounting, Sales, News, Marketing, and Technology. The ideal candidate is highly organized, demonstrates the highest level of integrity, handles confidential information with discretion, and communicates effectively at all levels of the organization. This role serves as the primary liaison with Corporate Human Resources on behalf of the station. Minimum 3+ years of administrative and human resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll. College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
Responsibilities/Requirements
Partner with Corporate Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll to ensure accurate employee records and payroll processing
Perform light accounting and support office financial activities
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage station reporting records on the FCC website and complete annual FCC reports
Handle general administrative duties
Process vendor invoices through the company's accounts payable system
Manage front desk reception responsibilities
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG or similar platforms preferred)
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
