Office Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible, Non-Exempt
Summary
The Office Assistant supports both financial operations and daily office functions, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and administrative support. This role works across departments and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Process payments and generate client invoices
Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Respond to billing inquiries and assist with collections reporting
Manage office tasks such as mail, supplies, and onboarding support
Provide administrative support to Sales, Traffic, and other teams
Assist with financial reporting and documentation
Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
