Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation is seeking a full-time employee to join our Accounting Department. This position would specialize in Accounts Payables. 3 years of general office experience and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks required. Associates Degree preferred, additional job duties include but are not limited to preparing 1099s, billing, maintain W9 files, assist controller as needed. Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience with QuickBooks – 3 years
- Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
- Associate Degree Preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Payroll Experience
- Preparation of journal entries
Responsibilities:
- Examination and preparation of invoices for payment
- Ability to follow up on pending issues
- Maintain Capital Expenditures records
- Billing for TV clients
- Process 1099s
- Assist with Sales & Use tax preparation
- Maintain W-9 files
- Assist Controller as needed
