 wal applications.  The post-filing announcements must air on June 1st and
  16th\, July 1st and 16th\, August 1st and 16th.  At least three of the r
 equired announcements must air between 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.\; at least one an
 nouncement between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.\; at least one announcement between 1 
 p.m. to 5 p.m.\; and at least one announcement between 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
