SUMMARY:Transition Progress Reports Due for Certain Full Power and Class A 
 TV Stations
DESCRIPTION:Full power and Class A transitioning stations that are changing
  channels in the post-auction transition are required to file a Form 2100\
 , Schedule 387 Transition Progress Report on a quarterly basis by the tent
 h day following the end of each quarter (and if the 10th falls on a weeken
 d or holiday\, then by the first business day after the 10th).  Transitio
 n Progress Reports must provide information regarding steps stations have 
 taken toward construction of their post-auction facilities and must contin
 ue to be filed until the filing station has (i) completed constructing its
  post-repack facilities\, (ii) ceased operating on its pre-auction channel
 \, and (iii) reported the foregoing to the FCC.
