Job Description:
Harrisonburg Radio Group’s business office is seeking an individual with Human Resources, Payroll and Bookkeeping experience. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager. We are seeking an upbeat and dependable individual who will support the company’s business office and report directly to our Regional Business Manager. General office management tasks including but not limited to: •Maintaining accounts receivable including daily deposits, invoicing, and month end A/R close •Processing client credit applications •Preparing accounts payable and performing applicable reconciliations •Entering data into internal accounting software •Preparing and entering data into payroll software for bi-weekly processing •In/out processing employees •Human Resources liaison for Regional Business Manager Skills and requirements: •Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable and accurate with the ability to prioritize effectively •Associate degree or equivalent or two years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience •Ability to multi-task and communicate with a variety of people •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) •Ability to learn and master industry-specific software and a strong background in accounting software (Marketron and Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus) •Ability to work with little supervision required •Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personnel information Contact: For immediate consideration email your resume to No phone calls please.
