Chris Manzella
Chris Manzella is a sales and marketing professional with over 27 years of executive experience - the past 20 years working for both local radio and network affiliate television stations. As Vice President of Virginia Broadcast Solutions VBS, Chris manages all operations and is responsible for the supervision of the project and of all subcontracted VBS partners. A strong relationship builder, he creates new, powerful and efficient broadcast advertising opportunities for Virginia State Agencies and several private institutions.

Since taking the reins of VBS in 2002, Chris has helped a large number of government agencies disseminate critical program information to all residents across Virginia. Throughout his career, Chris has earned numerous awards and recognition for outstanding performance in both this field and his past service as a United States Naval Flight Officer. 

Marlaine Hall
Accountant, Virginia Broadcast Solutions, Inc. (VBS) Marlaine has over 20 years of work experience in finance, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and human resources, budgeting, and auditing. Prior to joining Easter Associates, she served for thirteen years in non-profit corporations and held a Director of Finance and Administration position.
