What are the 2009 political windows for Virginia?

There is a general election on May 5, 2009 for certain offices. That LUC window opens March 6, 2009.
There is a general election on Nov. 3, 2009 for other offices. That LUC window opens Sept. 4, 2009.

There is a primary on Mar. 3, 2009 for some offices. That LUC window opens Jan. 17, 2009.
There is also a primary on June 9, 2009 for some offices. That LUC window opens April 25, 2009.
