What are the 2008 political windows for Virginia?

There is a general election on May 6, 2008 for certain offices. That LUC window opens March 7, 2008.
There is a general election on Nov. 4, 2008 for other offices. That LUC window opens Sept. 5, 2008.

There is a primary on Feb. 12, 2008 for some offices. That LUC window opens Dec. 29, 2007.
There is also a primary on June 10, 2008 for some offices. That LUC window opens April 26, 2008.
